(AIMTDR 2025) Conference
11-13 December 2025

About AIMTDR
The All India Manufacturing Technology, Design and Research (AIMTDR) conference started in 1967 when it was held for the first time at Jadavpur University. It became international in 2006 when it was held at IIT Roorkee. Over the years, AIMTDR has emerged as the most coveted event that covers various conventional and the most recent aspects of manufacturing technology. It has become a prestigious platform for the international and national eminent academicians, industries, research organizations, and other personalities to share their innovations, research findings, and expertise to the entire manufacturing community. It offers an excellent networking opportunity for each stakeholder of the manufacturing technology so as to take manufacturing to a greater height. The 10th International and 31st AIMTDR conference will be held at IIT Indore from 11th to 13th December 2025 (Thursday to Saturday)
Theme of AIMTDR 2025
Green Manufacturing: Caring for the Future
Adverse effects of climate change are affecting every aspect of life and different contributors to the economy of a country. It is forcing every activity to be “green” so as to minimize its adverse effects on the environment. Manufacturing being the key contributor to the economy, ought to play a significant role in this aspect. All the activities and constituents of a manufacturing system or a manufacturing process are to be made environment friendly with minimum carbon footprint to achieve the concept of Green Manufacturing.
The AIMTDR 2025 conference aims to make each stakeholder of manufacturing commit itself towards achieving the goals of Green Manufacturing so that we preserve a healthy environment for our future generations. It will make manufacturing technology socially beneficial and environment-friendly.
